  • Free standard shipping on orders over $200 or $5 for express shipping.
  • For orders under $200, standard shipping is $10, and express is $15.
  • You’ll receive order updates and tracking details via the email you used when placing your order.
  • Please note: Orders marked as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and Afterpay.

  • We currently do not ship internationally.
Returns & Exchanges

We understand that getting the perfect fit online can sometimes be tricky! If you discover a fault with your item, email us at customerexperience@kidman.com with a photo of the issue and your online order number.

Please note: We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from kidman.com. If you bought your item through a stockist, reach out to them to discuss their returns policy.

Returns Conditions

While we’re not legally obligated to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, we want you to love your purchase! If you change your mind, we can offer a refund or exchange if:

  • The item is returned within 60 days from purchase (28 days for sale items).
  • The item is unworn and in original condition, all shoes must include the
  • original shoebox.
  • Your purchase must be unmarked, with no signs of wear or creases.
  • Original tags and labels are attached.
  • You provide the original tax invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are protected—if there’s a major fault, you’re entitled to a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Australia Returns

For online orders:

  1. Fill out the returns form included with your order, or download a new one here.
  2. Use our Australia Post portal to lodge your free return and print your postage label. Access the portal here.
  3. Package your return with the completed form.
  4. Attach the return label and drop it at your local post office or red post box.

Once we receive your return, it will undergo quality control, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear on your credit card.

If you think your item is faulty, email us at customerexperience@kidman.com with a photo of the fault and your online order number.
Our online range is limited, but we’re always updating! Sign up to stay in the loop on new stock and styles.

Once your order is placed, it immediately begins processing at our warehouse to get to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this means changes can’t be made after payment.
