S.Kidman take great care with manufacturing and we pride ourselves on the quality of our products.

All our products come with a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase and any claim under this warranty must be made within 6 months of the date of purchase of the product.

Please contact our Customer Experience team at customerexperience@kidman.com along with your receipt, some pictures and an email outlining the fault you would like to claim, and we will be in contact within 2–3 business days.

Warranty Conditions

The 6-month warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not apply if all items:

• Show damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Have water damage
• Show fair wear (expected with regular use)
• Have undergone external repairs
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or improper care
• Alterations or repairs made outside of Kidman

We’re committed to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which means you’re entitled to a refund or replacement for a major fault, as well as compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the issue is minor, we’ll repair or replace the boots.

Hydrolysis
Hydrolysis occurs when polyurethane (PU) soles absorb moisture over time, causing the soles to deteriorate or crumble. This is not a manufacturing fault but a natural property of PU. To avoid this, wear your boots regularly and store them in a cool, ventilated area. Avoid keeping them in dark, unventilated spaces for long periods.

Leather Care
Leather is a natural material, so every pair of boots will age, wear, and perform a little differently. If your boots get wet, always dry them at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. For the best results, follow our leather care guidelines to keep your boots in top shape.
